My Passionate NLP Pursuit In California

I'm already at the University Of California, Santa Cruz, USA since July 5. I'm taking the train-the-trainer workshop with Robert Dilts at NLP University. Yes. This is my pursuit this year for more knowledge and skills in the field of NLP. After this I'll be able to train and certified others in NLP. This is a 3-week workshop.

I'll write about this journey when I complete this expected grueling experience filled with lots of assignment and projects. The best thing is that I'll have a wonderful opportunity to meet participants from all over the world. Magical!!

p/s Oh..I'm still have my sleepless jet-lagged nights....ZZZzzz. There is also something I'm looking forward to after the workshop. My earnestly awaited vacation to New York.

More About Leanne Ooi

I am a NLP Master Practitioner and Coach using NLP application. I am also a NLP Trainer.

The Trainer certification is from The NLP University (Robert Dilts) in California at Santa Cruz in association with the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programing.

I started in a career for established developers like the See Hoy Chan Group, Berjaya Group, MBF Group and the Sunway Group as Marketing & Sales Manager and as well as liaison with various Government authority departments.

I went on to start own business in Prudential Assurance Bhd. (Malaysia) and in my first year of joining, I clinched the Top Agent as well as the Top Rookie awards. And continuously, qualified as a Million Dollar Round Table member consecutively for 7 years, I went on to manage own agency recruiting financial planners.

Have been exposed in many types of training and experience in workshops for multi-national companies and also in the financial industry.

I am a certified facilitator for Bob Proctor Seminars - programs like “Born Rich”, "Science of Getting Rich", "Goal Achiever", "Mission in Commission", "Success Puzzles" and many others.

I am a certified Coach and has been trained in the fields of Neuro-semantics & Neuro-Linguistic Programing and Advanced Communication Skills. I am also a certified Practitioner in NLP and a certified Master Practitioner in NLP.

My interest lies in the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programing in Life and Business/Executive Coaching. I have received coach training from NLP Coaches from the NLP and Coaching Institute of California and have achieved accreditation from the International Coach Federation (ICF).

I have gained vast experience by assisting training seminars with international trainers like John Kanary, Bob Proctor, Nick Le Force, Don Power, Sylvia Fernandez and Clement Thai.

I have an adventuresome spirit, loves to explore and has an amazing ability to live my dreams and achieve extraordinary results on my own life.

My varied life experience enables me to have an open-minded approach that supports the goal of assisting others to reach their utmost potential. I am passionate about assisting and empowering others to create a life that they LOVE to wake up to.

Presently,I am offering Coaching Certification with coaching skills for corporate and multi-national clients.Besides that I offer a one-to -one coaching for executives and teenages who would like to achieve their goals and have concern issues to deal with.

I also do trainings for human capital development for companies who value their people and has a vision of being market-makers.The trainings and modules are unique as I have put myself as the participants and therefore knows their wants.

I currently hold the position of Managing Director for LSP-Asia Sdn. Bhd. which is an associate company under the DBM Group (Malaysia), specializing in facilitating and providing training programs directly to Malaysian learning institutions, corporations and to individuals.
